Brian Sutton, DDS
Dr. Brian Sutton earned his dental degree from the UMKC School of Dentistry in 2005. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwest Missouri State University in 1998. While there, he had the opportunity to be a captain of the 1998 Division ll National Championship football team.
Dr. Sutton has been practicing dentistry in the Kansas City area since 2005 and acquired this practice on the Country Club Plaza in January 2009. It is a friendly office that is service-oriented and focused on providing state-of-the-art dentistry in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Having an outstanding team around him is very important, and he knows he has one of the best. Although he knows most people don’t enjoy coming to the dentist, he and his team make it their mission to create an experience that is as pleasant and painless as possible. They respect the fact that you take time out of your busy schedule to be on time for your appointment, so they strive to provide excellent patient care in a timely manner.
Dr. Sutton grew up in Maryville, Missouri. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, following sports, and playing golf.
Erica Ketchem, DDS
Dr. Erica Ketchem attended Nebraska-Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she received her undergraduate degree in biology and played for the university tennis team. She then graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry. Dr. Ketchem enjoys building personal relationships with patients, and her mission is to provide quality dental care with honesty and compassion.
Dr. Ketchem is originally from Fremont, Nebraska. Along with her husband, Tyler, she enjoys biking, frisbee golfing, skiing, playing tennis, reading, and spending time with family.
Scott Craven, DDS
Dr. Scott Craven is a Kansas City native. Born and raised in Excelsior Springs, MO, he received his undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Missouri in Columbia. Dr Craven took a few years off between college and dental school to pursue two of his passions, traveling and snow skiing. He graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry in 1999.
Dr. Craven and his wife Lindsay have two children, Mason and Millie. When he is not in the office, Dr. Craven enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants, traveling to Colorado, and cooking his “world-famous” sliders for friends.
Zane Keller, DDS
Dr. Zane Keller grew up in Haven, KS, a small town near Wichita, KS. He graduated from Kansas State University with two bachelor degrees – life sciences and gerontology – and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
During dental school, Dr. Keller served in a variety of leadership roles, including president of 2 organizations (Xi Psi Phi and the American Dental Education Association), and also had the privilege of serving as 1 of 11 dental students across the country on the Board of Trustees for the American Student Dental Association (ASDA). His involvement in ASDA has driven his aspirations to be involved in organized dentistry as a member of both the American Dental Association and the Missouri Dental Association.
In his free time, Dr. Keller enjoys spending time with friends and family, song-writing, fitness, and attending football and basketball games at Kansas State University. Go Cats!
Marie Brancato, DDS
Dr. Marie Brancato has had a passion for dentistry since she was in high school. She admired the close patient-doctor relationships and the personal aspect that dentistry offers. Dr. Brancato’s favorite part of being a dentist is the ability to put a nervous patient at ease and ensure a comfortable and positive experience. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and returned to Kansas City for dental school at UMKC. Her goal is to improve the oral health of the community and give her patients a smile they are proud of!
Dr. Brancato grew up here in Kansas City. When she is away from the office, she enjoys staying active by playing tennis with her brothers and soaking up the sunshine with her Golden Retriever, Naomi.
